When will I receive my order?
The first box will ship in February 2025, and then future boxes will be shipped in the month following renewal.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Your Subscription:
- Automatically renews
- Can cancel anytime
We will not refund/cancel your first order on the subscription. You must cancel before the 15th or you will receive that box. - Unlimited Skips
Are you a subscription or pre-order box?
We are a subscription box. Your subscription will renew on the 15th of every month.
Where are you based out of?
We are based out of Texas, US
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do, and we are working on trying to find better shipping prices for international :)
When do you announce the next box?
We will announce the authors for the next month on the 1st of the month - for example February's author will be announced January 1st.
Cover reveals will be made before the 14th of the month as well.
Do you offer exchanges or returns?
We do not offer exchanges and returns. If you have any issues with your order please contact us at help@autumnmidnights.com
What is the skip policy?
There are unlimited skips.
Can I change my subscription later?
Yes, please just email us before the 15th of the month to change the subscription.
